Use the monitored support contact for product problems, privacy requests, or safety and moderation concerns. Include the email on your PrayerTurns account and a short description of the issue. Do not send prayer text, invitation links, passwords, or authentication codes.
Urgent help: PrayerTurns is not an emergency or safeguarding service. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate local safeguarding resource.
What happens next
- Support reviews the minimum information needed to route the request.
- For account-specific actions, support verifies control of the account email before discussing or changing account data.
- Safety reports are handled under the Terms and may result in content or account action. PrayerTurns does not share the reporter's identity with the reported account.
Account deletion
You can permanently delete an account in PrayerTurns under Settings. If you cannot access the app, use the outside-app deletion request. Deleting an app account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription; cancel that separately in the store.
